Who is Ben Pakulski?

Ben Pakulski is the CEO and Creator of the Mi40 and Muscle Intelligence brands. Ben has worked as a Strength and Conditioning coach and trained many high level athletes and celebrities to achieve their greatest body.

After 20 years of voraciously attacking the goal of being the biggest bodybuilder on the planet, the one time 321lbs Ben Pakulski has learned every trick, tactic and theory to add muscle fast. He continues to weed through the noise and narrow down the most valuable and applicable information to accelerate your muscle building and body transformation journey.

After competing in 6 consecutive Arnold Classics, and making two Mr Olympia appearances, Ben decided to retire from competition to pursue his passion for helping others, and spend more time with his family.

Ben now frames muscle building around his 6 PIllars of a Lean, Muscular and Healthy Physique and emphasizes the biomechanics of exercise as a means to accelerate progress in a fraction of the time.

Who is Jordan Shallow?

Dr. Jordan Shallow DC, of Windsor, Ontario is a Chiropractor, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Performance Consultant, Educator and Powerlifter. From humble beginnings in southwestern Ontario, Jordan currently lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jordan owns and operates two separate clinics in the Silicon Valley, maintains the role as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Stanford University Rugby, Cohosts the RX’D RADIO Podcast, and is Co-founder of www.Pre-Script.com.

Between his formal commitments, he holds the role of contract performance consultant and works one-on-one with NCAA Division 1, NHL, NFL, and UFC teams and athletes to develop injury risk management strategies and create more sport specific exercise and corrective exercise programming.

Jordan also travels the world lecturing on applied biomechanics, corrective exercise interventions, emphasizing hands-on execution intelligent programming. His seminars are a unique blend of clinical theory and real-world application.

In his free time, he pursues his passion of competitive Powerlifting, ranked as an international elite lifter in the 110kgs (242lbs) men classic raw division, with a best total of 862.5 kgs (1901 lbs). With Best lifts currently at 749 lbs squat, 441 lbs bench press and a 755 lb deadlift.
